This is actually quite a nice quality and luxurious feeling robe, with beautiful wine red coloring and bright golden embroidery .The sizing is generous, but not too generous; it doesn't hang like a blanket, it fits with a nice bit of room to move freely.. The belt is detached and needn't be used as such, since the robe is very modest by itself.
I might note that at 5'10" I'm a bit taller than most, and the length is perfect for my height (in a large size gown), so it might or might not be a shade too long for some. The belt can help with that, if so; wear the belt to blouse the excess fabric over it.
This is a really gorgeous robe/gown, well-made and of very fine materials and craftmanship. I believe that it is listed at a price much below what I would expect to pay for it, which is always nice. It makes me feel special when I wear it, a little less like Nana and more like the woman I was when I met my husband, so he appreciates it, too.
All in all, I'm more than happy with this gown, and would encourage anyone who is interested to buy thier own and enjoy it!

It’s definitely a standout piece that looks far more expensive than it is. I highly recommend it!
