It’s super soft, very breathable. When you walk you can literally feel the air on your skin through the fabric. It’s a little thicker than I expected being that it’s supposed to be for summer but I guess with the breathability that could be offset. As long as you’re not standing directly in the sun you’ll probably be fine I guess and maybe wear sandals to help also. The worst thing about it is that the neck hole is SO SMALL. I could barely fit my head in it and I felt like I was going to stretch it out. It doesn’t stretch to accommodate different sized heads, or hair styles. You would think this material in this area would be stretchy because in most clothing it is. I also was trying not to mess up my hair because it’s so tight IT WILL DEFINITELY MESS UP YOUR HAIR. I don’t care what kind of style. Even a simple ponytail will be nice and frizzy after you get it on, plus it will probably get stuck on the ponytail itself so…..make sure you do your hair and makeup AFTER you put this on. Oh yeah, that makeup is coming off too, meaning it’ll be all over the shirt collar probably. If you have thick hair or braids it would be kinda difficult. It doesn’t come with any kind of warning about this or advice but it’s really that tight around the neck. I was even concerned about sitting on the shirt and choking myself lol. I really don’t understand the point of that and it seems like a flaw. I’m also concerned about it looking stretched out after wearing it a couple times. Outside of that it’s very flowy. The pockets are nice and deep. The fabric feels good on your skin. The texture is nice. You can dress it up or down easily with your type of shoe and accessories. But honestly that neck hole thing is a big deal for me. I would never buy it again. If I would’ve tried this on at the store I would’ve never bought it because of that, I don’t care how comfortable it is. If you can get over that part about having to get dressed before you do your hair and makeup, and willing to risk a little choke here and there, I would give it a 4.5. This is not for people with large heads or necks though. It would be very uncomfortable. You can see it looks a little stretched around the neck already just from putting it on, and I don’t think I have an abnormally large head.
The pants fit true to size. The drawstring helps if you need to pull it tighter in the waist. It looks nice and is as comfortable as inexpensive polyester can be. I'm happy to at least have the pants to wear.
I reduced by two stars because the top is basically unwearable. I could barely get it over my head because the neck hole is so small and it feels like it's choking me. The shirt seemed like a weird combination between pieces cut for a medium or large and pieces cut for a 2 to 3x. The shirt did not fit over my hips properly even though they have the splits on the side and the shoulder area was tight, which tells me it is not a true extra large. The chest area was so big that it would be loose on somebody with DDD cups. If you're willing to pay for the pants without being able to use the shirt, then go for it because at least they were comfortable.
Very comfy ,Neckline can bigger material is very nice and light weight. If you’re looking for a get and go outfit this is your outfit.
Comfy two piece set. I got a size small. I’m 5’6 and usually wear a small in tops and a 5/6 in bottoms. It’s true to size but it runs more loose than the model picture. The bottoms are kind of see through. I think it’s cute when it’s tucked in but because it’s more loose than pictured and the bottoms are see through I gave it 3 stars.
